Across the Marcellus & Utica shale formations, many energy producers are busy trying to sustain America’s energy needs with natural gas production. Drilling and associated activities require engines to power frack rigs. These engines are typically run on diesel fuel, but many can be powered using natural gas. Natural Gas is a cheaper alternative to diesel fuel, providing a significant cost savings for energy companies.
